Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their products, providing high-quality images, setting appropriate prices, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.

Buyer Obligations
Buyers must review product listings carefully, including descriptions, images, prices, and any other relevant information provided by the Sellers.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, ensuring the legality of their purchases, and complying with any applicable import/export regulations.
Buyers must make timely payments for the products purchased and comply with our policies and guidelines, including those related to returns and disputes.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
Upon receiving an order, Sellers are responsible for processing and fulfilling it in accordance with their stated processing times, shipping methods, and return policies.
MartVille facilitates communication between Sellers and Customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any necessary post-sales support.
Fees and Payments
MartVille may charge fees to Sellers for the use of our platform and services. Details regarding fees and payment terms are outlined separately in our fee policy.
Sellers are responsible for remitting any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges associated with their sales. MartVille is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from transactions conducted on our marketplace.
