The Role: More Than Just Marketing
We're looking for a Founding Partner – Marketing & Growth Strategist to lead the charge in:

Crafting and executing an overarching growth roadmap, aligned with user acquisition, retention, and long-term brand development.

Launching lean, high-impact marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of MartVille among SMEs.

Building a strong organic presence on social media — with engaging, insightful content that speaks to small business owners.

Establishing and optimizing email marketing, drip campaigns, and automated onboarding flows.

Applying SEO best practices to drive discoverability and long-term inbound growth.

Setting up and managing analytics tools to guide decision-making and measure growth KPIs.

Recruiting and managing a network of student ambassadors or micro-influencers as grassroots growth agents.

Shaping MartVille's positioning and messaging as we scale — and crafting narratives that matter to both users and (eventually) investors.

Supporting fundraising efforts with data-driven growth metrics, traction narratives, and strategic input.
You're a Great Fit If You:

Are a self-starter and strategic thinker who thrives in a startup environment.

Have intermediate to senior-level experience in digital marketing, product-led growth, or startup growth strategy.

Know how to scale early-stage products with limited budgets and smart tactics.

Have hands-on skills in social media, email marketing, content strategy, SEO, and basic analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Bonus: Experience working with or pitching to investors, or crafting growth traction decks.

You’re open to equity-only compensation initially, and are excited to build long-term with us.

Most importantly: You’re obsessed with creative growth ideas, and love the process of testing, tweaking, and scaling.
